Q: What is included in a Ball Lab birthday party package?
A: Our birthday party package includes:
* 2-hour exclusive court rental
* A Ball Lab coach to run fun basketball activities and games
* A private party area for food and cake
* Basketballs and training equipment
* Music and a fun atmosphere
Q: How much does a birthday party cost?
A: Our birthday party package is $399 for 2 hours, which includes up to 12 kids, $499 for up to 20 kids and $549 for a maximum of 25 kids.
Q: What age groups are best suited for a Ball Lab birthday party?
A: Our parties are perfect for kids aged 5 and up. Activities and games are adjusted based on age and skill level.
Booking & Payment
Q: How do I book a birthday party at Ball Lab?
A: You can book your party online through our scheduling system or contact us at info@balllab.ca to check availability. Full payment is required to secure your booking.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards and e-transfers.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations made 14 days before the event receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the party date are non-refundable.
Party Details & Customization
Q: Can I bring my own decorations?
A: Yes! You are welcome to bring your own decorations, as long as they don't damage the facility and the decorations must be taken down after the party. We recommend arriving 30 minutes early for setup.
Q: Can we bring outside food and drinks?
A: Yes! You can bring your own food, drinks, and cake. However, alcohol is not permitted.
Q: Do you provide food or catering services?
A: We do not provide catering, but we can recommend local options that deliver to our facility.
Q: Can I request a specific coach for my child's party?
A: We will do our best to accommodate requests, but coach availability is not guaranteed.
Facility & Safety
Q: Is Ball Lab a private facility, or will other people be using the gym?
A: Birthday parties include private court rental, so your group will have exclusive access during your booking.
Q: Do you provide supervision?
A: Yes! A Ball Lab coach will run the basketball activities, but parents are responsible for supervising general behavior and any non-basketball time.
Q: What should kids wear?
A: We recommend comfortable athletic wear and basketball shoes. No outdoor shoes are allowed on the court.
Q: Is there parking available?
A: Yes, we have free parking available on-site.
Q: Do you have a space for parents to stay during the party?
A: Yes! Parents are welcome to stay and watch from our designated viewing area.
