PRICING
Starting at $399
• $399 — up to 12 kids
• $499 — up to 20 kids
• $549 — up to 25 kids (maximum)
Full payment is required to secure your booking.

• Activities adjusted based on age and ability

CANCELLATION POLICY
• Cancellations 14+ days before the event receive a full refund
• Cancellations within 7 days of the party date are non-refundable
FOOD, DECORATIONS & SETUP
• Outside food, drinks, and cake are welcome
• Alcohol is not permitted
• Decorations are allowed as long as they don’t damage the facility
• Decorations must be removed after the party
• We recommend arriving 30 minutes early for setup
• We do not provide catering, but can recommend local delivery options
COACHES & CUSTOMIZATION
• A Ball Lab coach will lead the basketball portion of the party
• Coach requests will be considered but cannot be guaranteed
FACILITY & SAFETY
• Parties include private court rental — no other groups present
• A coach supervises basketball activities
• Parents are responsible for general supervision outside of gameplay
• Kids should wear athletic clothing and indoor basketball shoes only
• Free on-site parking available
• Parents are welcome to watch from our designated viewing area

• Parties must be booked at least two weeks in advance
• Full payment is required at the time of booking
