GRADE 3 TO 5
Athletes will be introduced to decision- making skills in regard to offense and defensive strategies. While refining basic fundamentals, spacing and team play is emphasized.
- Developing proper footwork during pivoting and layups
- Dribbling technique with both hands
- Passing and catching on the move
