Focus:
Athletes will be introduced to decision making skills in regard to offence and defensive strategies. While refining basic fundamentals, spacing and team play is emphasized.
- Developing proper footwork during pivoting and layups
- Dribbling technique with both hands
- Passing and catching on the move
At Ball Lab Training and Academy, we offer Basketball Training to students visiting us from across Lynnmour, Lynn Creek, North Vancouver-Capilano, Norgate, North Vancouver-Lonsdale, Westview, Deep Cove, North Vancouver, Horseshoe Bay, Eagle Harbour, West Bay, Dundarave, British Properties, Ambleside, West Vancouver, and the surrounding areas.
