
Youth Conditioning Classes
Come join us every Saturday for an energetic, fun, and progressive conditioning class designed specifically for young athletes between Grades 2-7.
-develop motor skills (agility, balance, coordination and speed)
-body weighted exercises designed to improve strength
-light plyometrics (jump training) to improve power
Schedule: Saturdays at 12-1pm starting on September 9th
Membership Fee: $150 per month
