What to expect.

Step 1 - Assessment (Functional Movement Screen, Postural Assessment, Vertical Test).

Step 2 - If the athlete is cleared to participate, Day 1 begins. If the athlete experiences pain during any of the assessments, they will not be allowed to participate in this intensive program until they are pain-free (ie. physiotherapy or chiropractor).

Step 3 - Athlete trains 2 days/week for 60 min workouts consisting of flexibility, strength, and plyometric exercises.

Step 4 - There are 3 phases (4 weeks each phase) in the program. After each phase, the athlete will have 1 week to rest (mandatory).
