Small Group Training


Our small group classes focus on individual skill development, conditioning, and games.  

Every workout consists of 50-min of basketball skills and 50-min of conditioning.  

Our conditioning classes focus on flexibility, core, balance, plyometrics (jump training), motor skills (agility, speed), and resistance training specifically designed for youth.

Private | Semi-Private


Are you new to the game and need more individual attention?  Or are you and a friend wanting to work on specific areas of your game?

Our private classes are 60-min in length and are designed to target specific areas an athlete is looking to improve.
